Job description Main responsibilities (activities / tasks to be performed)
"Develop annual marketing plan to meet business unit targets, as well as periodically review its performance with root cause analysis and action plan definition. A marketing plan comprises : market insights, target segmentation, portfolio selection, value proposition/differentiation, routes go to market strategy; Identifying country routes to acquire clients, x-sell, up-sell.

"In-market engagement with clients, partners, influencers, acting as SME (subject matter expert)for the segment of portfolio of its responsibility (in case, Analytics). Define/adapt and drive messaging and market “story telling” in Brazil.

Support marketing tactical plan definition and execution, including content (specially digital) marketing strategy. Define campaign and events messaging, speakers; content review / build (related to marketing campaigns and web). Marketing performance measured by influenced marketing revenue and marketing created revenue from campaigns.
Feedback WW and Latin America on local market and client perspectives, global assets and content local fit and usage.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 months experience in Develop Marketing Strategy & Recommendations; Perform Market Insight Analysis
  • At least 6 months experience in Apply data driven Insight to Perform Prioritization and Segmentation of Buyers & Portfolio
  • At least 6 months experience in Develop Buyer-centric Strategic Value Propositions
  • At least 6 months experience in Become a subject matter expert on your portfolio, buyers and competitors
  • At least 6 months experience in Demonstrate Personal Engagement in Client Activities
  • At least 6 months experience in Apply Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • At least 6 months experience in Demonstrate Leadership, Collaboration and Teaming
  • Basic knowledge in Develop Messaging Plan and Content Marketing Strategies
  • Basic knowledge in Apply Knowledge of Digital, Social and Web Analytics
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Information Technology
  • At least 3 years experience in Develop Marketing Strategy & Recommendations; Perform Market Insight Analysis
